MTech in Food Processing Technology

Programme Aims, Objectives and Outcomes programme. 

Aim 

The main aim of the programme is to produce competent graduates with the requisite knowledge and skills needed to process and preserve food with the view of ensuring food security, value addition, and economic growth of the country.   

 

Objectives 

Equip students with theoretical and practical skills needed to perform professional tasks in the food industry. 

Diploma in Hospitality Management

Passes in five (5) WASSCE/SSSCE subjects including English and Core

Mathematics or five (5) passes in ICAS/Cambridge ‘O’ Level, /GBCE including

English Language and Mathematics.

 

INTERNATIONAL APPLICANTS

International applicants may be admitted on the basis of qualifications from

their home countries for which equivalence shall be determined by the

Ghana Tertiary Education Commission (GTEC) and submitted to the

University. Evidence of proficiency in English Language will be required in
